About the Event
June 12 - 630pm to 830pm- meet in the Lightship classroom , then on members boats.
Members and non-members are invited to join a special VHF Radio Skills Class led by Ed Guy- LYC Fleet Captain.
Whether you’re new to using marine radios or looking to brush up on your skills, this is a great opportunity to learn and practice in a supportive environment. Experienced members are also encouraged to attend and share their knowledge!
What to Expect:
• A brief 20-minute session covering key radio procedures and answering questions
• Hands-on practice with handheld radios and fixed units installed on members’ boats
