About the Event

Members of the Ms. Race Regatta Organizing Committee, Liz Niederberger (AHYC), Lisa King (AHYC) and Nitzan Levy (LYC), invite you to learn about the event, discover ways to take part, and celebrate the remarkable women sailors of the Tri State area.

The Ms. Race is the Atlantic Highlands Yacht Club’s signature charity regatta held each August in support of 180 Turning Lives Around. This race is created by women and for women, with all proceeds benefiting 180, a Monmouth County nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault. Women sailors and their crews are encouraged to participate at all experience levels.

Women from Liberty Yacht Club have proudly taken part over the years, with one all LYC team returning for the past three consecutive seasons. We hope to see even more LYC women and local sailors step up this year, helping us grow participation and make this the largest…
